Sings asong to the tempo and sing the lines,
And are unable to get a song out of our head,
It drives us crazy all day,
It continues to play,
Rules are brain, in our mind,
Here are ways, to get that " song" out of your head,

Write a song or an instrument to play,
Those of you who are blessed with that talent, strum that guitar,

They say, that could work too,, ,is change of scenery,
What about writing a KDD?
Watching Television or go for a walk,
They also say, call for help, call someone to talk,
This will help distract you,
If you try some of these things, should not take long,

And you can bet,
It will make a difference alright,
And also, you will, could discover new sites.
This could be a very good thing,
